      Poor corporate leadership. Shady business practices. Do not pay their bills. Do not care about residents or staff their focus is on hiring family at the top and making money at the expense of the elderly

      Clean offices, quiet environment, decent people

      Cons

      People break off into small social groups and some employees don't feel part of a team. Very lonely.
