      The company offers a good salary

      The company has terrible management and the turn over rate in each department is high. The company and many of it's employees in high positions lack ethics in regards to the residents and their care.

      Clean offices, quiet environment, decent people

      Cons

      People break off into small social groups and some employees don't feel part of a team. Very lonely.
