      Legacy Bank is a good company. The leadership cares. They are a small company who knows your name.

      Cons

      They can be old fashioned in their policies, but it seems to work. Wages/Salaries are low, but benefits are amazing.

      Pros

      Customers are truly awesome. Can call in sick whenever you need to. Paid vacation (one week)

      Cons

      Worst health care I have ever seen. Wages are a joke. CEO lives in 1962 and wont take advice or suggestions. Women are seen as less. Wont hire anyone not male, old and white to be a higher level. Most people working there are related to each other. Doesn't train employees.
