      Pros

      Great sales staff and marketing team! Also, loved the location and the ability to work from home. Set your own schedule based on account management.

      Cons

      Very little organization for a small company. Communication was key to keep entire teams on the same page. Project timelines were a must and should have been updated weekly.

      Working with the staff and accomplishing goals is the best part of my job. Everyone has such passion for their role and truly wants to help and support each other.
