Pros

None! Seriously, don't waste your time.

Cons

Horrible culture - blame-heavy and toxic. Gaslighting. Stuck 50 years in the past. Promised promotion for 2 years. Say they're a 'disability confident' employer - this is a complete lie. I have been on several calls where this lie was confirmed.

Pros

Great at giving required information, responsive, friendly and helpful.

Cons

They contacted my previous employer to ask for a reference without my prior permission. My boss at my old organisation was very understanding but it made things slightly awkward and it's not how I'd planned for things to go. They were apologetic about the error.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we hope you are settling in well. Our careers portal asks candidates to confirm whether they are happy for us to contact their previous employers. We use this information to either request the reference or wait until further permission is provided. We do our upmost to ensure that requests for references are sent out in line with the candidate’s approval and we’re sorry that there was an issue with your referencing. This is something we continue to look at as part of our onboarding process.
