      Horrendous HR department, lack of caring, false information given to all, Supervisors give little to no training and just through you into a job that is beyond important, there is no care for employees... you are replaceable at the drop of a dime. We all take others comments with a grain of salt.. but you really need to do your homework and RUNNNNNN

      Pros

      After working for LeeSar for 10 months I have nothing but good things to say. Work environment is like family. Among the many benefits for a part-time 20 hour a week employee are personal time off, retirement plan and flexible scheduling. The company also has special events throughout the year for employees. The hourly rate is competitive.
