Culture, values, and what it stands for are great. Pay is pretty good, and work/ life balance is unbeatable. Theyre great about prioritizing families.
Cons
The leadership is disjointed and communication between them and staff is poor. Communication between departments is also not great. Other than that it's a pretty great place to work.
