Management treats you as a number and expects you to be flexible to what they want but will play hardball the second you need them to be flexible with. Long hours I rarely get off earlier than 7 pm sometimes closer to 830pm. Employee discount is only for those items they didnt get at a discounted rate. The pay isn't very good for the amount of work that you do and the number of hours you work. Zero work to life balance.
