      Great benefits package, small agency feel with large corporate backing.

      Cons

      As a woman, you are limited on that they will let you achieve. Plan on having the LDS Church brought up at every meeting, scriptures quoted and Mormon conference talks referenced.

      Pros

      Local ownership split with corporate ownership helps make it feels more of personal touch. Local owners really care. But that could depends on your agency. Great group of colleagues.

      Cons

      Potentially slower growth for remote worker. Base pay may be on the lower of the range if you’re remote comparing to your location market.
