Pros
Flexible schedule, my team is great, pay is pretty standard and they match the market rate. They also encourage learning & growing within the company
Cons
As the company expands, the structure changes and new roles are sometimes thrown into places that may not fit. Could be organized better. For example- my role was new when I came into the company, and my direct manager does not really know how to do what I do. She supports me as best she can, but it is hard when structurally my work is pretty removed from what she does. It made the role feel very isolating as no one near me could answer my questions. Only two other people could answer my questions, but they are both in a different state and were very busy, so they did not have the bandwidth to train me.
