      - Surrounded by compassionate, kind employees - Relatively new CEO/admin who have transformed the school community to be extremely positive - Frequent, open communication; transparent about all aspects of the school environment - Feel highly appreciated as a teacher - Great location, close to public transportation and MA pike - Diverse population of students from all over MA - Incredible child care program for employees children

      Pros

      Hugely positive workplace culture - everyone genuinely cares about what they're doing. I feel very supported by supervisors and coworkers alike. Much better salary than similar AA positions in the area right now.

      Cons

      Very few. Days can get hectic, but that's to be expected at a school - and as stated above, everyone does their best to support each other.
