Pros
Learning Point creates engaging interactive training applications to provide soft skills enhancements for all corporate environments. Even in their early years they were quick to adopt situation-based training with multiple outcomes to demonstrate the strength of the decisions which were made.
Cons
Small companies can be agile, which is a large strength. However, if work load quickly rises it can take time to locate the right resources.
