      Remote work environment and flexibility

      Absolutely zero leadership, this company has no idea what direction it should be going or how to get there. C-Level are liars and clueless - I don't know how these people look at themselves in the mirror without feeling embarrassed. The product itself is horrible and basically a scam - they're just re-selling Amazon books. They fired the entire engineering team except for one guy so there won't be improvements any time soon.

      The candidate experience during the interview process was outstanding, which I have not been able to say for many companies in the past! The communication from the team was very timely and clear at each stage. The interviewers were engaging and I quickly felt comfortable enough to show my skills and experience. This speaks to the culture that Learnerbly has — keep it up!

      Honestly, I truly can't think of any when it comes to the candidate experience.
