Toxic management. Rude & racist CEO. Alot of inexperienced management who pretends to care about you but treats their employees so badly. The company is a family business, no opportunity for growth or promotion. Fires people based on emotions without any valid reasons, 15 years later and the company is still circling around the same points. Nothing to write about Ned the CEO as he acts like a bully to his staff and he relies on ChatGPT, can't think for himself.
