Learnit is a future-oriented company, and is really investing in their growth and scalability as learning and development becomes top of mind in organizations across the US. The company has a great collaborative culture in hybrid work environment. Because of Learnit's growth and investment in their employees, each individual truly has the opportunity to grow as a professional. I have been here for a year + and can't imagine working anywhere else
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but having a growth mindset and adaptable skillset is really a must-have for working at Learnit. There are so many changes / upgrades to the company that even employees at the individual contributor level have a level of responsibility for, so it's not the best place for people who want to just collect a pay check.
