Pros
Nice to work when you are still young to gain experience from the company. It's not bad to start your career after you will graduate from University or College.
Cons
Salary is not competitive. It's not worth to stay longer because the salary is lower compare to other companies in Cebu City. I would recommend to stay at least 2 years then I think its better to move around to have better opportunity because there's a lot of politics that control by the top management.
