This may be the only product based company who does only support work, they have only one dashboard product which they made long back Since then , no new development, only adding same things again and again. No learning only copy paste. Lots of politics, personal relationship plays a big role, no professionalism . No matter how much effort you have put for this company Again, a product based company, with salary less than MNCs. Office culture not professional , people are devided in small groups, you don't feel like to go to office. Even if you don't have any work, which is most of the time, they won't give your due leaves, and make a very important delivery out of thin air, and when you are done with the task, they don't even bother to revive that. It's just to keep you under pressure.
