Oh man where do I start. Whole company is on vacation doing side projects with no vision clarity etc. while burning investors money. Leadership is milking the company while making fool of the CEO. Take high salaries till he figures out and then they leave. The CEO, he is a champ but only inside his brain. For others, just a blabbering parrot. In my ongoing stint here, never seen him talking sense or I can say that hmm today I learnt something from him. Nope not a single time. I always regretted wasting my time listening to him. The culture. It's simple culture here. Just say yes to leadership. Don't respond to cross teams until they come to your desk. Take credits in front of leadership for the work you didn't drive. Create hurdles , this one is important skill, can help you survive more than a decade in this company. Etc etc and You will be celebrated . HR dept, the most useless team in the world.[period] All the five stars you see in reviews here on GD! , frequently done on regular intervals. Guess which team is driving that. Yes iykyk. Stopping here, it's just boring now typing more about this flop show. Two cents Stay away.
