Pros
- everything seems to be well organized and interconnected into one huge well-oiled machine - they provide good training - co-workers and managers are very nice and forthcoming, it's a nice community - good communication with managers - available for questions 24/7 - they have quality insurance which helps you make fewer mistakes - very flexible hours, you can literally work whenever you want as long as you fill your weekly quota - they pay on time - promotion possibilities
Cons
Unfortunately, they pay very little and the work is pretty demanding. So I was getting $3.24/h. And that's not per actual hour, rather per the amount of leads found / tasks performed. So they set a number of leads you have to find per hour and they don't really care how long it actually takes you to do it. It rarely takes an hour. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3. That really sucks. I've known people who sit at the computer staring at the monitor for 12 hrs straight to do their 8 hour a day quota. But they don't have a choice. You can get sick doing this.
