- Salaries are low, and salary reviews are pushed back. Your starting salary will be your salary for the whole time you're at the company unless a miracle happens - The CEO micromanages work he isn't an expert in, resulting in worse project outcomes. This makes people feel undervalued and lowers the quality of work - High employee turnover, no longevity in projects because of information loss with the turnover. It's also demotivating to see people leaving - Too much focus on sales in a product company, it feels like every other function is underfunded and underappreciated in the culture - Internal decisions are not explained through strategy, and internal communication is poor - There are no growth opportunities. Being proactive or doing extra work is not appreciated and will actually be either undermined or questioned by the CEO.
