They offered the best health insurance benefit, covered 100% employee, 90% dependents, a lot of good plans to choose from. This may not be true anymore in 2016.
Cons
Phone conferences with China in late PM PDT and sometimes lasted till midnight/early AM. People in China sent text, wechat, called anytime they felt like it, time zone differences didn't matter to them. Lack of leadership and no management
