I've always learned best by doing, and at Lazorpoint there is no shortage of opportunities for you to take ownership of a process, ticket or issue and learn hands on. And if there is something you have interest in learning, I guarantee there is someone internally you can reach out to who would be more than happy to teach you the ropes. Also, I think everyone meshes very well and we promote a very solid team experience. Working with my team is honestly one of my highlights.
