Meh, it's a job. Co-workers are former truckers so it's pretty much teamwork.
Cons
No time-&-half for OT. Mandatory Saturdays work during peak season. Dispatch calls out moves to anyone who answers the radio, so it's like dropping fish food in a pond and all the fish fight over the 1 or 2 bits of food.
