Pros
I met some genuinely lovely people while working at Lazarus. My co-workers were awesome.
Cons
When I first joined, things seemed promising. Over time, however, the company only declined, moving backwards in both structure and professionalism. There’s little to no organization, and leadership operates without clear direction, often making decisions last minute and expecting unrealistic turnarounds.
Micromanagement is extreme, including software that recorded my screen as I worked. The focus is always on quantity over quality, with no regard for doing things the right way—just the fast and cheap way. It often felt like a digital sweatshop.
I was paid below market rate, and there were no real growth opportunities. Leadership has a reputation for dishonesty and lack of transparency. When issues arise, they’re more likely to point fingers than take responsibility.
The constant pressure and toxic environment took a huge toll on my mental health. I experienced burnout in a way I hope no one else ever has to. Overall, this agency is not worth the stress.
