Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you seem to have had a bad experience with us. During our early start-up days, there was surely room for improvement in the physical working environment at our first location. However as I'm sure you know, we did everything possible to improve air-quality issues and took immediate action to relocate as soon as this was even remotely possible. While it seems we should have done a better job in explaining to you our product features and the value it creates for our customers, we do not recognise the description you have of our team, which we consider to be both talented and highly motivated, nor of the jokes being made in the office. Given my own and our management team's "Open door policy", I would have hoped that you would have approached me directly or through our anonymous feedback survey tool, to let us know about any issues or bad experiences while you were working with us, as that would have enabled us to engage in dialogue and work proactively together with you to improve the situation.
