-Credit salary on time
-Organise functions (with games and fun and food and stuffs). In case of festivals like Diwali spare little time for celebration which is nice (something you will miss in big MNCs).
Cons
-very low salary (but expected given the market rate of small companies in Indore)
-"Little knowledge is dangerous" holds completely true. Very hard to argue on technical aspects with TLs. Deadlines are too unrealistic.
-Only alternate Saturdays are holidays. Employees are mostly made to do overtime and in some cases also called on holidays.
-No regard for talent, skills or innovation. Less liberty of doing things your own way (using our experience) and rules are imposed which will only degrade quality.
-Projects go on for months owing to poor management as mentioned earlier.

- 6 Day Working just like labour even overtime till 11
- Unfriendly nature of seniors and Specially TL's are so arrogant and unable to handled to their team as well. Communication Gap.
- We can not go out side on office timing for any resons, so many policies.
- Working on public holidays as well.
- Only one Tea on office timing by company
- We can not wear Casual dresses in week days
- We can hear music in headphone as well
- Mobile phones are strictly banned in premises.
- There's No technical knowledge in TL's to work and handle clients.
- No fun and game activities only work
