Pros

The people you work with, are great. You even have Joe, the office dog. He is great too. It isn't very strict, you can laugh and it not be like someone is always over your shoulder.

Cons

It IS customer services, so you will get some pretty nasty people. If you can handle that in person (being a server) then over the phone is a lot better. Mute and hold is your getaway.. But the good always out weighs the bad.

Pros

You can work at your own pace as long as you complete your scheduled route. You look professional in top notch equipment and vehicles.

Cons

Management is horrible and creates a hostile work environment. Some of the managers lack the actual experience, education or knowledge to be managers. They talk bad about the very lawn technicians they are supposed to be supervising. Also they train you for one week doing just handful of lawns. And the very first day out on your own they expect you to do 26 to 30 lawns. They only care about production. Quantity is what they want. Not quality applications.
