Management has done a great job with hiring the right type of people to make an effective team. They have core values, hire based off those values, and make sure we are growing as a team.

Always busy, and your job is dependent on the weather. Too much rain, too much wind, or it is too hot and you can not do your job. Doesn't cause too many problems though.
