Its an ok place... but i would not want to work there again. Its tough to work for a small, local, print magazine.

Cold calling is awful, people in positions of power dont seem to care, they view every employee is expendable and not worth nurturing strong employees.

Lots of freedom, good benefits, and a great place to grow

It is an industry that is shrinking and it can be hard to sell and get clients great results
