Pros
Pay/Bonus structure was decent. If you're in the "in" crowd, it can be a fun place to work.
Cons
Micromanagement is expected. Work/Life balance is non-existent, managers have too many tasks to effectively manage, coach, develop, and mentor teams. Bullying by leadership is the norm. The CEO is non-confrontational so he sends in the HR manager to do his dirty work. The CSO bullies anyone who he perceives as standing in his way and his behavior is condoned, if not lauded due to the financial results. HR Manager is rude and unhelpful. Don't report anything, retaliation is a common occurrence. KPI's are inconsistent between areas, making goals unattainable. If you are a female with ideas, get a man's endorsement. It's the only way to be heard and have your ideas implemented.
