Great people, fast pace, and always something new

None so far! It's been a great experience, and any potential con is addressed immediately. This is one of the few places that I've worked for, where the problems are addressed and fixed ASAP. The type of attention and response from management really illustrates how much the other workers here really care about their jobs, and the work entailed.

Opportunity to feel like you're part of something really cool and fun. Management listens to your ideas and values their employees. Opportunity to shape the company and affect real change/have an impact. Great work environment, no stuffy offices, fast pace.

No real downsides. It's a busy company with lots to do in a constantly evolving industry but I find that a positive.
