Pros

Everyone that works at LaunchBoom wants to work there and believes in the mission & values of the company. The place is full of very smart people who are very good at what they do for the company. The idea of family is not just a term thrown around, it is a principle that is practiced everyday that filters down from the employees to the clients. If help is ever requested or a questions needs answering, there is always someone there when needed.

Cons

The remote work can occasionally wear on a person , but that reinforces the core value of family and encourages better and frequent communication among the team members. The nature of the work, primarily having a global client base, can sometimes cause unpredictable hours like an occasional early morning or later in the day meeting times. But that also makes it fun working with international businesses.

Love hearing that you feel our core value of Family is not just "thrown around". We definitely take that seriously and it's good that you feel that. The work is challenging and I believe that to be a positive, but we have more work to do in creating a working environment where our team members are less likely to feel worn down by the work. This is something I'm actively working on. -Mark Pecota | CEO

Pros

There are some good-natured people working here, for what it's worth. Spent as much time as I wanted with clients, and could contract with clients separately outside of office hours.

Cons

Assigned critical work with tight deadlines outside scope of contract, additional consultations were requested by Justin after contract ended, and credits to those works were re-attributed or uncredited.
