Pros
They have a lot of turn over so if you are looking for a job for a few months or a year, you can get a gig for at least that amount of time. They provide snacks and coffee. Coworkers are friendly, all very young with a go-getter attitude. Weekly meetings include all employees so everyone is aware of what different departments are doing. CEO is available and accessible.
Cons
Work space was crowded, since almost no one has an official desk people often sat on the reception area couch to work. I joined the company as part-time while I finished school. I ran back and forth between the office and classes, making the effort because the CEO, Joe, had promised me a full time job upon graduation. A month out from graduation, I verbal contract promising full time with benefits from HR and my immediate boss. When I went in to sign, my boss literally brought me to the curb outside and told me the contract was off the table, but I could continue to work part time for minimum wage. I walked away immediately.
