Thanks for your review and feedback - we really value this! Indeed, we have discussed Glassdoor at monthly company meetings - our invitation to employees to post on Glassdoor is part of an effort to become more transparent and open to feedback. In addition, we have an annual company survey, we hold townhall meetings, and we have suggestion boxes in each office. We act upon suggestions and feedback to the extent that we are able - but we're not perfect. If you weren't able to speak up at a recent townhall meeting, please offer some solutions to the things you feel can be improved. Come visit HR, slip an anonymous note in the suggestion box, walk into our CEO's office -- we are very open to hearing feedback + solutions. We are a startup; we are a team.
