Pros

Great work-life balance. Possibility to work from home. Has some great people on the team in the lower ranks. Small company. Good team environment.

Cons

This is a struggling company constantly re-inventing itself. There is a critical lack of leadership and clear direction. This is an unoriginal product that can't keep up with the competition. Employees were forced to take several pay cuts for nearly a year as the company struggled. There is very high turn-over between people quitting, being laid off, or fired. This is a sinking ship.

Pros

Management was invested in my success from day one and provided excellent training. The salary and commission structure is great and as a sales person that is extremely motivating. Nothing beats the ability to work from home so that you can have that work / life balance. You are given your goals and if you need help, the sales team and management will gladly give it but you are not micro-managed.

Cons

None so far.

Pros

I currently work from home 100% of the time. When I left the office for full telecommuting, I was a bit hesitant but we have managed to keep a collaborative environment by employing tools such as Slack, Video conferencing, Voip pbx, etc. I personally loooove the perk of working from home. Traffic is really bad in my area so I don't have to spend hours on a stressful commute! That for me is worth a lot!!! I like our culture of Open Numbers where the entire team is privy to view detailed revenue vs expense balance sheets, thus empowering and motivating us to find new areas to increase sales, become more efficient, and cut costs. We have a progressive vacation package and profit sharing. We're a small company and everybody is accessible. For instance, if I have an "aha" idea or concern over the weekend, I would not hesitate to call the CEO on his cell phone. In a small company, you and your team can clearly see how your input makes a difference. Minimal management hierarchies. I've been with LatPro for over 17 years and don't want to be elsewhere.

Cons

Not a good place for specialists or people that are accustomed to large corporation environment. Multitasking and "wearing multiple hats" is expected.
