Cons
Top management places retired Hellenic Navy personnel in important positions, such as COO and department managers. These individuals do not understand the company’s, department’s and personnel needs. They are only interested in making more money. They talk about a family-like atmosphere, but all you encounter are people who are unfamiliar with their roles and simply tell you to handle things yourself. It’s a very toxic and completely unproductive environment.
