The work itself is challenging, but in a good way, and it feels like what we do actually makes a difference for our customers. Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

If you're looking to make money or experience substantial career growth, I don't recommend working here. Karl Chan is CEO largely because he has been at the company since the beginning, not because of vision. His internally written articles on the InsidePage tend to state the obvious rather than offer real strategic direction, and his background suggests he would have been better suited remaining in engineering. The broader executive team, including John M., Josep, and Anna, appears more focused on maintaining the status quo than driving innovation. There is little evidence of bold thinking or meaningful product or market evolution coming from leadership.
