This company I had very bad experience which I have never faced in anyother place. There are so much of blaming, double game and people are not genuine, there is no trust on employees. Work culture is very bad, no seniors here, everyone left, qualified people are not promoted, seniors will insult juniors infront of managers. There is no appreciation, appraisal, In ur offer letter it will be mentioned as 8 hrs shift but you will be forced to work as 24/7 hours. Salary will not be paid if you work more. You have to work with so much of projects, management will not concern your work life balance. No one can work here more than 6 months. People hold more than 2 yrs will rule this company they will dominant the juniors. Have to work here like camel carrying the load.
