      Good experience if new to the industry. Get in, get some experience and know when to get out.

      Cons

      Long hours, small office with too many employees. You have to clean it yourself every friday as a "team building" exercise.

      Talented people, inclusive atmosphere, great company values. Everything you wanted in a small company and more. Flat hierarchy, weekly one-on-one meetings with CEO / CTO / Director or Art.

      Cons

      Game industry is a tough business, and New York City is a tough location for any small business. Combine one with the other, and you'll get trouble.
