Relaxed environment, nice people and flexible schedule.
Cons
Pay is probably the biggest con. It wasn't very good pay for the expertise needed to perform the job. McDonanld's employees make the same amount, it's kinda sad.
Work From Home, occasional interesting projects to work on, comradery with fellow employees. Some management are amazing people to work for
Cons
No opportunity for advancement with stagnant/non-existent wage growth. Responsibilities increased without compensation. Unrealistic expectations/timelines given to clients that employees are forced to meet. A disconnected owner who looks to cut costs at the expense of employees and puts underqualified/toxic people in management positions.
