      Management, some of them, do not operate in good faith; we had to deal with nepotism and narcissism. HR should conduct exit interviews consistently and use that information.

      Pros

      LCC pays well especially as compared to other colleges in the area. The advising team is very supportive of each other and works to maintain a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Advising is not often appreciated by other units on campus. Often times, administrators complain about the effectiveness of the advising team. Constant critique is very devaluing.
