I enjoy the atmosphere we are creating in the company. As a small business that is growing, their is a lot of opportunity to thrive. This being the second time I have started a business like this, some of the bumps have been ironed out ahead of time. We all try to get together and have events on a weekly basis where we are co-located.

As a partner, the hours put in for a growth organization can be very long. This tragically permeates it way down to others as the work load gets to be too much. Training and on-boarding needs to be improved along with a clear role definition at the top of the company (myself included).
