It use to be great company to work for before the administration change in 2022.

Compagny is continously in financial problems. In The president and her manager have total disregard for human in general and have no managing skills. Micro managment is the name of their game. Having experts is too expensive for them (salary wise) so they'll make sure to make a jack of all trade out of you, so they can force you to do task that have nothing to do with your skill set. Overtime is almosy mandatory and you will not get a dime for it. Out of the all the managers, there is only one of them with real managing skills. The rest are either posers or family members of the president. "Kiss the ring" mentality. Icing on cake : you will be cc'd on every email of the conpany, receiving around 300 emails a day. Why? Its not for any logical reason its because the president said so, she believe that its better than training employees.. just read your email to learn. Oh and yeah, all your emails will be read by the president herself.
