Low salaries, micromanagement, little flexibility

I've worked here for three years as an in-house translator and had a very positive overall experience. The team was professional, supportive, and easy to work with, and there was a strong sense of mutual respect for linguistic expertise. Workflows were well organized, expectations were clear, and deadlines were generally realistic, which made it possible to focus on quality rather than speed alone. The variety of projects kept the work interesting, and I had opportunities to develop both my language skills and my familiarity with industry-specific content. Management was approachable and open to feedback, and communication across teams was generally smooth.

Workload could increase during peak periods, but this was expected and was handled reasonably well overall.
