Pros

-Great colleagues and mentors passionate about what they do -Lots of scope for career progression and training -Progressive culture when it comes to inclusively, mental health and hybrid working -Healthy attitude to work-life balance across the board, facilitated by excellent project management/workflow teams -Good degree of autonomy rather than micromanagement

Cons

-Work is mainly on larger accounts which can be slow-moving at times (but looks like there are some exciting accounts in the pipeline) -Great office but open plan layout can get noisy and be less conducive to getting much work done compared to at home

Pros

They truly take the time to train you and get a sense of your passions. They want to grow your career with you and give you all the opportunity to do so.

Cons

The work is a bit niche and can be challenging to navigate within your first few months.

Pros

Clinical trial recruitment is a niche space in healthcare and allows you to have much more fun with the creative work compared to traditional pharma. The NY team is small with a positive energy. Benefits are good: 19 days vacation, good healthcare/dental/vision, flex working and monthly office activities (weekly bagels, monthly ice cream). It's not overdone on the social to keep you at work when you would rather not be though. The work is project based so there are very busy periods, but everyone helps each other out. Heaps of opportunity to progress if you want, being a smaller group junior account team members get exposure to big client meetings, creative work, etc. The office is in midtown but moving to soho soon.

Cons

Relationship with the London based staff can be hard from an operational and personality perspective. As NY team is smaller, we have to tap into them for certain things.
