      Pay and benefits are good Some leadership seems to be excellent while others are quite lacking Facilities are okay

      Cons

      My biggest gripe is poor management, I've had no employee review after 4 years and little constructive feedback. And at the same time, I've had resistance to innovation and change.

      Pros

      I've been at the County for a year and it's a breath of fresh air compared to prior work environments. People are kind and it doesn't have the antagonistic vibe my old job did.

      Cons

      Had to take a pretty big pay cut from my last job to get on the door.
