Nothing good about working for Landos.

Landos takes advantage of all their employees, expecting them to work 50-60 hours a week with no overtime pay. If you have to work a 12 hour day one day, the next day they still expect a minimum of 8 hours, if not 12 again. Nothing is ever good enough for any of the upper management. Zero understanding of life outside of work. Expected to work 7 days a week and holidays with no overtime pay. Say they give bonuses but you won't get it unless to sell your soul to the company and and be a slave to Landos.
