      Pros

      Sometimes good people work there for a while before they realize how bad is the environment and the management team, so if you are lucky you can learn a lot for a couple of months.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, extremely political, awful management and of course... mediocre work and high turnover

      Great co-workers, office culture especially in Chicago

      Operational inefficiencies, not as much incentive for people to go in office (no office lunches, etc)
