Landmark is top-notch for the best company culture. It is very structured and organized in a way that promotes productivity while still keeping people as the first core value. Safety and employee retention are top priorities. As long as each employee is being responsible for their given tasks and being safe, they are highly valued and the company returns in favor.

For some employees that joined the company as somewhere that does not have the same emphasis on "big company" aspirations like other companies, they are having growing pains as Landmark is continuously growing and adding more technology (as in project management software) and responsibilities to each employee.
