      Spiritual enrichment, make your own hours (mostly), awesome people, lots of encouragement, and you can utilize city-mandated community service or volunteers.

      Cons

      Low wages & lots of physical/manual labor.

      Pros

      Great place to serve and enjoy working for the Lord. I love to spend time here and I am encouraged by those I serve with.

      Cons

      None to speak that come to mind. No place is perfect, but this place comes in a pretty close second.
